01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZynDocs ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ZynDocs ("we", "us", "our").

02 Description of Service

ZynDocs provides a collection of free, browser-based productivity tools including but not limited to:

• AI Resume Builder - Create ATS-optimized resumes with AI assistance
• Image Compressor & Resizer - Compress, convert, and resize images
• EMI Calculator - Calculate loan EMIs with amortization schedules
• QR Code Generator - Generate custom QR codes with logos and colors
• PDF Tools - Convert images to PDF, split and merge PDFs

All tools operate locally in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. By using ZynDocs, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Site is available globally. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

04 User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload, process, or generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or process files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Site
• Circumvent any technical limitations or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Site
• Use the Site to conduct phishing, social engineering, or deceptive activities
• Generate QR codes, resumes, or other outputs designed to mislead or defraud others

05 Intellectual Property

Our Content: The Site and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by ZynDocs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your Outputs: Files and outputs you generate using our tools (resumes, compressed images, QR codes, PDFs) are yours. ZynDocs claims no ownership of content you create using our tools.

Feedback: If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Site, you grant ZynDocs a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you.

06 User Content & Privacy

No File Storage: All processing happens locally in your browser. We do not store any files you upload or create using our tools. Your privacy is our priority.

AI Resume Builder: Text inputs for the AI Resume Builder are sent to the Groq API for AI text generation. This data is processed solely for generating resume content and is not stored by ZynDocs.

07 Third-Party Services

The Site integrates third-party services including:

• Google AdSense - For advertising
• Formspree - For contact form submissions
• Groq API - For AI resume generation

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ZynDocs is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

ZynDocs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Warranty that EMI calculator results are accurate (estimates only - consult financial professionals)
• Warranty that QR codes or PDFs will be compatible with all devices and software

Financial Disclaimer: The EMI Calculator is for informational purposes only. Results are estimates and may vary from actual lender calculations. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

AI Disclaimer: AI-generated resume content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying and editing all AI-generated content before use.

09 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZynDocs, its owners, or affiliates be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site
• Damages arising from any content processed through our tools
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any), or INR 500 / USD 5 if you have not paid anything.

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZynDocs and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Site or violation of these Terms
• Content you process through our tools that infringes third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

11 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

You may stop using the Site at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your local law also apply.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post a notice on the Site's homepage for at least 30 days

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
